    This unique session focuses on real-time, personalised coaching of your in-ring wrestling.

    If you've been wrestling for a few years and really want to accelerate your progression, this is the session for you.

What to bring

We want our facility to be as accessible as possible. And whilst we all get sweaty, there are a few things we can all do to make training fun for everyone. We ask you to bring…

💐 Deodorant

We don’t expect everyone to have wrestling boots or pads, but please do bring a clean pair of trainers if you don’t.

🥤 And don’t forget water. (Although we do sell bottles if you forget!)
